» SMALL TURORIAL » Click the Start Orb then right-click Computer and click Properties » Next click Advanced system settings in the window that pops up » Click Settings under Performance » Then look for the Show shadows under windows entry and un-check the box. Click OK then OK » Now there are no more shadows under any window!
Hello there, so...I'm not sure but: I think you need to remove the "windows 7 shadows", because when you install some themes it have their shadow, so you don't need standard. Try to search "Windows 7 shadow remover" or smth like that or maybe look at some descriptions of themes on deviant.
I can't remember it correctly, sorry
P.S. Maybe it's not "shadows", maybe it's "blur". I tried to help you
